All Fired Up Brussel Sprouts
Savory, spicy Brussel sprouts with a bit of honey baked to crispy perfection
1lb. Brussels sprouts- cleaned and halved
2 tablespoons Chic Chef Co. Habanero Olive Oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
Red pepper flakes (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, honey, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl; toss until coated. Arrange in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
3. Roast in the preheated oven until Brussels sprouts are golden brown and tender, about 25 minutes.

Chardonnay Citrus Vinaigrette
MAKES 1½ CUPS
Always make more salad dressing than you'll need. It doesn't take any longer to mix a big batch, and it means tomorrow night's salad will be ready in minutes. This recipe makes enough vinaigrette for three large salads. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake and refrigerate.
Honey Chipotle Chicken
Chipotle Honey Chicken
Preheat oven to 350
Marinade for Chicken
¼ cup Chic Chef honey balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Chic Chef chipotle olive oil
1tsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic
5 fresh basil leaves
½ tsp oregano
1tsp finely chopped shallots
salt & pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in a bag with chicken breast , marinate for at 30 minutes.
4 -skinless, boneless chicken breast
2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons Chic Chef garlic oil
1lb. asparagus, trimmed
Black olives to garnish
Mix tomatoes, asparagus and olive oil together in a bowl set aside
Marinade: 1 part Oil to 1 part Vinegar
Vinaigrette: 2/3 parts Oil to 1 part Vinegar
